The small kitchen in this 1930’s mansion block was part of a total refurbushment.

The layout was slightly adjusted to give a better use of space by housing the full height 70/30 integrated fridge into the existing larder cupboard and siting a narrow pull out larder adjacent to it in order to maximise storage.

To provide further storage, an additional unit was positioned in front of the back door; it was fitted with wheels to still allow periodical access.

The existing parquet floor was sanded down and sealed with a protective varnish to enhance its natural beauty, here and throughout the rest of the apartment.
